The business model is good in AC, and is fair for the customers too. They aren't making a new game right after away, for example call of duty where you pay 60€ every year and there's even dlc. This way they have funds to keep working on the game. I bought the dreampack dlc because I support Kunos, and the way to support the developer is by giving feedback on issues and suggestions, and to buy dlc. So besides all the license costs, then comes development and research expenses, and time. All this is purchased license to put in the game, something really expensive.
